The First Years Infant Car Seats
When hitting the road with your little one, it's important to use a rear-facing car seat for children younger than 2. One option for babies is the infant-only seat, which typically snaps into a base that can be left in the car. There's no need to wake your sleeping baby when you arrive at your destination; just unsnap the seat and carry it in by its handles. Many of the seats can also be used in compatible strollers or in lightweight stroller frames such as Snap-N-Gos.
