Draper Heavy-Duty Back-to-Back Fixed Height Posts - 506996/506998
Same premium construction and quality features as Draper's Heavy-Duty Fixed Height Posts, except with a second extension arm, backboard and rim extending off opposite side. Mounting Pole Built from heavy 6" square 3/16" thick steel tubing t...hat allow for burying 48" in concrete, Draper's fixed height posts provide unmatched stability and durability. The pole also has a welded watertight steel cap to seal out moisture. Designed for the most rugged playgrounds, the posts performs equally well on the home court. The direct bury post is positioned 66" behind the backboard for safety. Both models come with a 72" W x 42" H backboard. Extension Arm The extension arm is attached to the vertical post via six 5/8" high tensile bolts. Though considered a "fixed height" goal, the extension arm can be bolted at any height along the post. Choices: 506996: Post set with acrylic backboards and Outdoor Breakaway Goals with nylon nets. Thick clear acrylic framed with an aluminum frame White 2" border and official size shooter?s square screen-printed on backside to eliminate wear Breakaway rim to absorb the stress of player contact Heavy duty compression wire spring to provide spring action A steel coverplate over the entire internal mechanism to protect the player 506998: Post set with steel backboards and Super Playground Goals with nylon nets.
