C.N. Williamson and E.E. Dickie founded Dickies, or Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing Company, in Bryan, Texas, in 1918. Dickies is now headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, and the company manufactures clothing, accessories, backpacks, boots, and belts that are mainly worn for work-related purposes.
