Badger Basket was founded in 1911 under the name Edgar Veneer & Manufacturing Company. In 1912 it was sold to Eugene and Albert Erny and the name was eventually changed. The Enrys sold the company in 1939 but bought it back 1944. The company suffered two huge setbacks in 1959 and 1966 when two fires hit their building. 

Badger Basket makes children’s furniture and doll accessories as well as Moses baskets, wicker furniture, hampers, and storage units. Badger Basket’s Moses baskets are safe for babies under 15 pounds; they feature cotton liners and a foam mattress. The Three Drawer Hamper/Storage Unit has canvas drawers with reinforced bottoms to prevent bowing. Changing tables are available in a variety of finishes and styles. Doll accessories include armoires, beds and cradles.
