1 bag (10-oz.) shredded coleslaw mix
1 bag (8-oz.) shredded carrots
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 bag whole carrots
1 large green sweet pepper
1 bunch celery
1 head garlic
1 large onion
1 bay leaf
2 shallots (or 1 small onion)
2 large heads of broccoli
4 scallions
Fresh basil leaves
Assorted fresh herb sprigs (optional)

one 4- to 5-lb. whole chicken


Small wedge Parmesan cheese
1 tub (12-oz.) mozzarella balls


1 jar of marinara or pizza sauce
1 jar of minced garlic
1 can (6-oz.) tomato paste
1 can (28-oz.) whole Italian-style tomatoes
1 bottle reduced sodium soy sauce
1 bottle hoisin sauce
1 bottle sesame oil
1 package flour tortillas (at least 10)
1 package dried Italian seasoning
1 box (12-oz.) pasta


1 bag frozen meatballs
1 package of pizza dough
