Fruit-flavored chicken (reminiscent of sweet & sour takeout) gets tucked inside a grilled lettuce bowl. Yep, you can grill heartier lettuce varieties like romaine, for a sweeter, smokier flavor that the kids will probably prefer to the ordinary leaf.
