We love making our own pizzas! Our kids love to help put them together and we use Kamut flour int he crust to add in even more nutrients! Top it with some veggies, olives and goat cheese and yum!

Mini pizzas are great. If you are running low on time, you can use the Pilsbury Grands biscuits. Have your child flatten a biscuit, add their favorite toppings and pop in the oven. These are wonderful when you are in a hurry for after school activities.

If you use organic tomatoes, the flavor will be there. You don't need meat for flavor! Kids love organic tomatoes because they are sweet, nothing like the water taste-like ones found at super markets.
