Measure and stir. Help your kid crack 3 large eggs into a bowl; use pasteurized eggs such as Davidson's (safeeggs.com) or wash your child's hands afterward. Remove any pieces of shell that got into the bowl, have her add 1 cup low-fat milk and a pinch of salt, and whisk it all together.
