
Whisk away. Help your child measure out 2 Tbs. rice-wine vinegar, 2 Tbs. soy sauce, 1 Tbs. sugar, and ½ tsp. grated ginger, and a place them in a small bowl. Show her how to use a whisk, and ask her to mix everything together. Suggest she hold onto the bowl with one hand to keep it steady. Set aside.
