Here's the perfect way to get your kids to eat their vegetables -- and this recipe is so easy. Start with a store-bought pizza crust and top with mango salsa and veggies.
My babies have always been on the small side so I'm always trying to find ways to get more calories (and, of course, healthy greens) into them. I create a pesto (olive oil, walnuts, bunch of greens, parmesan) with whatever greens I have (kale, arugula, basil or a combo) and mix it with the red pasta sauce, my babies eat it all up. That works for us!! : )
I agree the clicking thing drives me crazy. It takes forever!!! And if you want to look at the recipe for each thing, it takes that much longer. I'm busy...that's why I'm looking for quick recipes. :-)
