You're right! A whole block of Ramen has over 60% of the recommended daily intake of sodium. I'm surprised and disappointed they would use such an ingredient and label the dish as "healthy".

This looks yummy, but I wouldn't necessarily call this a "healthy" family dinner, just because it contains broccoli! Ramen noodles are VERY high in sodium content, and there is no nutrition in the white noodles. Sub this recipe with your own spices and some whole wheat pasta, and there's a winner!
