Salad on a Stick (age 4 and up)
- Small head of lettuce
- 1/2 of a cucumber
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 1 carrot, cut in large pieces
- 10 cupcake paper liners
- 10 long bamboo sticks
1. Place a cupcake liner on skewer.
2. Chop/slice vegetables into small pieces that can be eaten in 1 to 2 bites.
3. Layer skewer with lettuce, radish, cucumber and carrot.
4. Serve with favorite dressing.
