Two-Cheese Pesto Pizza
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 whole wheat naan bread
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F. In a small bowl stir together the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses; set aside.
2. Cut each naan bread in half at an angle. For each, flip one half over, then place the cut sides next to each other to form a heart shape. Spread with basil pesto. Arrange hearts on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each with cheese mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
