Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat penne pasta, cooked and chilled
  • 1 1/2 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black olives, chopped
  • 2 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mozzarella cheese

Make It

1. Place all ingredients on top of whole wheat penne.

2. Some mozzarella may be sprinkled over the top of the salad, if desired.
