Hummus-Stuffed Baby Bells

Ingredients

  • 3 mini bell peppers; trimmed, cored, seeded and halved lengthwise
  • 6 heaping teaspoons tabbouleh
  • 9 teaspoons hummus

Make It

1. Spoon hummus into each pepper half, then top it with tabbouleh, gently pressing it into the hummus. Note: The peppers vary in size, so you may need to adjust the amount of filling, but 1 1/2 teaspoons of hummus and 1 heaping teaspoon of tabbouleh per pepper half makes a good starting point.
