Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sesame tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Make It

1. Combine all ingredients in food processor fitted with metal chopping blade; pulse to puree.
