The Danger:
The wooden dowels can be installed at an angle, allowing the metal rattle inside to become exposed. This poses a serious choking hazard to children.
Description:
This recall involves about 500 wooden toy rattles with a light brown stain, eight wooden dowels, and a gold-colored metal rattle inside. The toy rattles are circular in shape, measuring 2 3/4 inches by 2 inches.
Sold At:
Gift stores and book retailers nationwide from June 2010 through July 2010, for about $6.
