This recall involves about 2,900 red and blue plastic battery-operated toy mobile phones with small, clear antennas; buttons numbered "1, 2, 3, 4 and Play;" screens with a boy's face; and the words "hello! hola! bonjour!" Only model number 1231 is involved in this recall. The model number is printed on the toy's packaging. "Discovery Toys" is stamped into the red plastic on the back of the toy.
