- Paint on the outside of the wooden box contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
- The recall includes about 19,000 art sets that consist of a wooden box with several pull-out trays containing 177 different art items, including paints and brushes.
- Sold At:
- The J.C. Penney catalog and Web site from September 2005 through August 2007 for about $40.
- What To Do:
