Children's Gardening Gloves Recalled

The Danger:
The stamp-painted logo on the backside of the gardening gloves contains high levels of lead.
This recall includes about 80 children's gardening sets, which include a wheelbarrow, a sprinkling can, a pair of gardening gloves, hand tools, and seeds. The gloves are yellow on one side and white with rubber dots on the other side. The gloves have a picture of four children in a field, with "The Budding Gardeners" written in red around the picture.
Only the gloves are included in this recall.
Sold At:
The Troy-Bilt Web site,, from February 2006 through January 2007 for about $50 for the set.
What To Do:
Immediately take the gloves away from children, and contact Troy-Bilt toll-free at (888) 848-6038 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday to exchange the gloves for a free kid-size gardener's apron, or visit their Web site at
