The Danger:
The toy's sliding yellow knob can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
This recall involves about 25,000 Child Guidance "Busy Baby Activity Tool Pliers," which are about 6 inches long. The plastic toy has an orange handle, a red center knob, and a yellow sliding knob on the side. The red center knob has "child GUIDANCE" written on it. The battery-operated toy makes various electronic sounds, plays music, and has flashing lights. The pliers also contain multicolored beads. A label on the back reads "RadioShack."

RadioShack stores nationwide and the RadioShack Web site from August 2004 through February 2006 for about $6.
