This recall involves about 1,600 Phil & Teds Dash Buggy strollers with article # 7-1080005 (red) and article # 7-10080005 (black). The strollers have a metal frame with three wheels, a cloth seat, and a canopy. The Phil & Teds logo is located on the crotch piece of the harness. The article number can be found on the safety strap hanging from the handle.
