The Danger:
The clevis bearing on the swing set can wear, causing the swing to detach and the user to fall.
Description:
This recall includes about 17,300 swing sets with the following part numbers:
Sold At:
Authorized dealers sold the swing sets to daycare centers and children's learning centers nationwide from January 2007 through February 2008 for between $770 and $3,100.
What To Do:
Remove the swing from the swing set immediately and wait until a free repair kit is installed. The company has sent direct mail notices to consumers.
