THE DANGER: The pacifier button, ring handle, and shield with nipple can detach, posing a choking hazard to infants.

DESCRIPTION: This recall involves about 115,000 It's My Binky Personalized Pacifiers. The pacifiers, sold in blue, white, and pink, have "Japlo" imprinted on the front of the pacifier shield at the bottom center and have a word or design on the button. Examples of text and symbols printed on the pacifiers include but are not limited to:

SOLD AT: Nordstrom and baby boutique retail stores nationwide and online at www.itsmybinky.com from February 2006 through June 2008 for between $5 and $6.

WHAT TO DO: Take these pacifiers away from children immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a free replacement.
