The Danger:
The charms on the key chain contain high levels of lead.
Description:
This recall involves about 39,000 Playsafe "Hip Charm" Key Chains. The key chains have several charms including a button, clover, leaf, and heart. The charms hang from a silver-colored chain. The words "Hip Charm" and the following UPC numbers are printed on the product's packaging:

An additional 12,000 key chains had previously been recalled in April 2008.
Sold At:
Wal-Mart stores nationwide from April 2005 through June 2008 for between 50 cents and $6.
What To Do:
