The recall includes about 1.6 million Cub Scout Totem Badges that measure 4 1/2 inches by 3 inches with a square portion measuring 2 1/4 inches by 2 1/4 inches. The Boy Scout emblem is printed on the badge along with a wolf and bear. "PROGRESS TOWARD RANKS" is also printed on the badge.
