This recall involves about 19,000 children's butterfly necklaces, which consist of a multicolored butterfly pendant on a multicolored beaded chain. The product's packaging includes a white hanging card with "GeoJewelry" printed on the front underneath "GeoCentral."
Sold At:
Souvenir and gift stores nationwide from January 2006 through May 2007 for about $2.
