- BBU, Inc., the parent of the Bimbo Bakeries companies, has initiated a voluntary recall due to possible presence of fragments of metal caused by a faulty manufacturing part. The company announced the recall after discovering metal fragments in two packages. No consumer reports have been received. There are no reports of injury.
