The Danger:
The metal snaps on the long johns can loosen and detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
This recall involves about 5,500 personalized infant long johns sold in sizes 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. They are red with snap fasteners down the front and along the legs. Personalized embroidery is stitched across the button-up back flap.
Sold At:
Personal Creations catalog and between September 2006 and January 2007 for about $22.
