The Danger:
The jacket of this jogging suit has a drawstring at the waist that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or vehicle doors and it poses an entanglement hazard. No injuries have been reported.
Description:
This recall involves about 1,700 M.M.M. 100% polyester boys' two-color jogging suits. "M.M.M." appears on the label stitched into the back of the neck. The pants are a solid color matching the jacket, which has a second color on the top of both sleeves and top portion of the jacket. The sets' color combinations include blue and white, gray and blue, and gray and red. The jackets were sold in sizes 4-16.
Sold At:
dd's Discounts stores nationwide from December 2011 through January 2012 for about $10.
What To Do:
Immediately take the recalled jacket from the child and remove the waist drawstrings. Return the product to a dd's Discounts store for a full refund. For additional information, contact Hot Chocolate toll-free at (877) 841-0646 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.
