The Danger:
The sweatshirts have a drawstring through the hood, posing a strangulation hazard to children.
Description:
This recall involves about 30,000 youth hooded fleece garments with drawstrings. They were sold in a variety of colors and have "U.S. Polo Assn." written on them. A sewn-in tag also reads, "U.S. Polo Assn". The style number for these garments is 12-5169.
Sold At:
JCPenney stores nationwide from September 2005 through December 2005 for about $40.
What To Do:
