DESCRIPTION: This recall involves about 7,300 Wilton Youth Tiaras with a SKU number of 120-228. The SKU number is located on the back of the package in the lower right-hand corner. The tiara is silver-colored with clear crystals.

SOLD AT: Party City, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Ben Franklin Stores, Amazon.com, and other retailers nationwide from June 2009 through April 2010, for about $13.

WHAT TO DO: Immediately take the recalled tiaras away from children, and contact Wilton Industries for a full refund.
