The Danger:
The hooded zip sweatshirts have a drawstring through the hood which can pose a strangulation hazard to children.
Description:
This recall involves about 18,300 Boys' Fleece, Printed Fleece, and Flannel Zip Hooded Sweatshirts with labels in the neck seam with the brand name Bay Trading and RN# 30842. The sweatshirts were sold in sizes 4 to 18.
Sold At:
Burlington Coat Factory from September 2006 through October 2009 for about $12 to 20.
What To Do:
Immediately remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts to eliminate the hazard or return the garment to either the store or to Jason Evans for a full refund.
