Recaro Signo Child Restraint System

THE DANGER: A mechanical spring in the locking cam was manufactured incorrectly. Therefore, the central front adjuster strap will slip within the adjuster and prevent the harness from being securely tightened.
DESCRIPTION: This recall involves about 5,444 Signo child restraint systems manufactured from February to September 2008.
WHAT TO DO: Recaro will notify owners and replace any defective child restraint system free of charge. Contact Recaro customer service toll-free at (888) 473-2290.
