The recall includes 7,498 Recaro Como Convertible car seats and Signo Convertible car seats with color model codes of 330.00 and 331.00, which were manufactured before December 18, 2007. The codes and date of manufacture can be found on a label on the back of the seat.

What To Do:
Recaro will contact registered owners and will provide a free repair kit containing two rubber caps to help secure the harness connector, along with an instruction sheet. The instruction sheet provides the steps to install and remove the rubber caps when the head restraint must be adjusted (Como) or when you remove the cover trim to wash it.
