Portions of the cloth cover can be pulled back, exposing the foam liner and posing a choking hazard to children.

Triumph car seats manufactured on or after November 1, 2005, or with model numbers other than these are not included in the recall.
Major retailers from October 2001 through January 2006 for $120- $130.
What To Do:
Evenflo is offering a free upgrade kit for recalled car seats, which provides a protective sleeve to cover the foam liner. Contact Evenflo toll-free at (800) 490-7591 Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET or visit www.evenflo.com.
You can continue to use the Triumph as a car seat until the protective sleeve has been installed, but you should monitor your children to ensure that they do not remove the existing cloth cover.
