The recall includes 800 Team-Tex BabyRide car seats with model number 374099, which were manufactured on August 31, 2006, and on October 23, 2006. The model number and date of manufacture can be found on a label on the back of the seat.

Distributed by non-retail venues such as hospitals, health insurance companies, and state agencies from August to October 2006.
