What My Baby Looks Like in Week 24

As you can see in the picture, your developing baby is beginning to grow hair in week 24.

Weighing over 1 full pound, your developing fetus can be as much as 12 inches tall. Sections of the lungs are expanding and your developing fetus is starting to produce lung surfactant which helps to keep the lungs from collapsing after birth. Although very little hair color can be seen at this stage your fetus has some hair growth on the top of its head.
