Q. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and can't sleep during the night at all. How can I get a good night's rest?

A. Drinking warm milk before you go to sleep can help. However, if you aren't getting enough rest because you go to the bathroom several times during the middle of the night, avoid taking in too many fluids before bedtime. A warm bath can help too.
