I am 16 weeks pregnant with twin boys and have gained 1.5 pounds. I'm sure when I go for my bi-weekly appointment tomorrow I will get lectured. I have no appetite, nothing appeals to me, but I eat anyway. I don't want to go the route of eating high calorie foods, but I know, especially with twins, my babies need nutrition!! So aggravated!!
