3/14/2011 02:28:44 PM Report AbuseBMI doesn't account for muscle. At 135, I am overweight BMI. I wear a size 4. They should say calories are a just guideline. I added 300 1st trimester and lost weight. I'm active and fit. Not really a bad article but it's written for a woman of moderate activity. At 6 months I gained 8lbs. Doc expressed no concerns. Unless your doctor specifically tells you to avoid weight gain don't. S/he is the expert on your reproductive system, not an article.
