Wait to safely eat these items until after Baby is born:

  1. Soft cheeses made with unpasteurized milk
  2. High-mercury swimmers, such as shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tilefish
  3. Cold cuts and hot dogs, unless heated to steaming
  4. Raw fish, such as sushi, sashimi, clams, and oysters
  5. Raw and undercooked eggs and meats
  6. Milk and fruit juice that has not been pasteurized
