6 Alcohol-Free Cocktails
Loco Coco
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
- whipped cream
Place all ingredients except whipped cream in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more or less ice depending on the consistency you prefer.
Pour into a tall glass. Insert a long straw and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate chips. Go crazy and enjoy this decadent, but calcium-packed treat!
