- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less ice depending on the consistency you prefer.
Pour into a tall glass. Insert a long straw and garnish with a skewer of kiwi and banana slices. You'll go ape over the mouthwatering fruit flavors!
