Gnome Costume

What you'll need: 1 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of faux red suede craft paper, scissors, white yarn, 1 package of fake spider web, 1 piece of cheesecloth, 2 white chenille stems, glue

Make it:
1. Hat: Form a cone out of faux red suede craft paper and glue together. When dry, use scissors to cut the bottom rim of the hat evenly. With the seam in the back, poke two holes opposite each other, and tie knots in two pieces of yarn, and feed the yarn through the holes.
2. Beard: Pull spider-web fluff into a beard shape sized to your child's face. Glue beard onto a same-size piece of cheesecloth. Tie two white chenille stems on either side to hook over the ears.
