Pregnancy affects every inch of your body, even your nose. Pregnancy hormones can cause nasal congestion, nosebleeds, and stuffy nose in some women -- although others breathe easily from conception to delivery. If your nose is giving you trouble, running a humidifier in your bedroom while you sleep may help. Saline spray may also help, but avoid decongestants and other over-the-counter medications. If your nose feels chapped, soothe it with a dab of petroleum jelly.
