Your Partner: 15 Great Ways to Love You

Men often don't know how to help or best support you at this time. The next time your partner says, ?Is there anything I can do for you?? hand him this list. You might even want to circle the ones that are most important to you or add your own.

1. Give her a foot massage.

2. Keep your mouth shut when she goes back for a second serving of ice cream.

3. Tell her that she's beautiful, and no, she doesn't look exhausted

4. Do the laundry -- and remember, the lingerie doesn't go in the washer with your gym shorts, and it doesn't get bleached.

5. Keep things quiet while she's napping. Put a note on the door to stop people from ringing the doorbell, give the dog a bone that will take an hour to chew, and take your other children to Grandma's.

6. Don't tattle on her at doctor's appointments. Her obstetrician doesn't have to know that she gave in to a craving and ate a box of Twinkies or a bag of potato chips big enough to feed an entire family.

7. Take walks with her.

8. Ignore her mood swings.

9. Bring her flowers -- fresh if she can stand the smell, silk if she can't.

10. Since she can't drink alcohol, pop open a can of club soda instead of a beer.

11. Know what week of pregnancy she's in.

12. Learn what "Braxton Hicks" means.

13. Send her off on a weekend getaway with her girlfriends and paint the nursery while she's away.

14. Put a smile on your face and say, "That's all right," when she says, "Honey, I'm just too tired tonight." And then do it again tomorrow night.

15. Even if you're kidding, don't ever, ever say, "Now there's more of you to love."
