Nipples and breasts tend to feel sore during this part of pregnancy, thanks to the action of pregnancy hormones such as estrogen. There's not much that will relieve your achiness other than avoiding tight clothes and other irritants; anything that touches your breasts (including your partner) can exacerbate soreness. Hang in there: The soreness should cease within the next couple of weeks.
