6 Alcohol-Free Cocktails

Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you can't enjoy a delicious cocktail. Have one, two, or more -- just leave out the alcohol! It's not safe to drink while you're pregnant. But you can enjoy the taste and nutrients of these great alcohol-free cocktails without guilt.

Stock up on funky glasses and cute paper umbrellas to make the drinks more festive and fun.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk, calcium-enriched soy milk, or yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • whipped cream
  • fresh or canned pineapple slices

Place all ingredients except whipped cream in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more or less ice depending on the consistency you prefer.

Pour into a tall glass. Insert a long straw and garnish with whipped cream and pineapple slices. It's chock-full of calcium and vitamins for you and baby!

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less ice depending on the consistency you prefer.

Pour into a tall glass. Insert a long straw and garnish with a lemon slice. The tart lemon and mellow peach flavors provide a harmonious and nutritious taste experience!

  • 2 cup decaffeinated iced tea (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 orange

Cut the orange and lime into thick slices and place in a pitcher. Pour cranberry juice, lime juice, and tea into pitcher. Add lemon slices and ice, and chill for 10 minutes before drinking. This drink is perfectly light and refreshing on a hot day.
