For our second annual review, we asked 300 moms to judge nearly 500 launches in makeup, hair, and skin care for convenience, performance, and value. We also invited a bunch of beauty pros (all busy moms themselves) to weigh in. A flood of commentary followed, and the 25 products that came out on top did so because they make you look and feel good. And hey, isn't that what beauty's all about?
